Axminster is a carpet construction technique created by Thomas Witty in 1755. This unique structure allows for various rows within the carpet that determine the strength, quality and design capabilities. The standard quality is 7 to 8 row. However, using our creative studio, Design It, we can create Axminster carpets ranging from 6 to 12 row.
